Cacophage

The Cacophage - a horrific creature, completely blind yet acutely aware of its surroundings through its powerful echolocation. When it finds itself threatened, it can belt out a head-splitting scream capable of rendering foes completely stunned before it tears into them with its sickle-like claws.
