The Duskmane Pack

Some monster designs I whipped up for my current D&D campaign, as my party had become entangled with a pack of werewolves who they soon learned had taken their bestial natures to horrific extremes.

Qalarn, Duskmane Atrocity. Once the alpha of the Duskmane, the lycan Qalarn somehow fell from grace, the blessings of the Horned Wolf utterly consuming him.

Many lycanthropes of the Duskmane pack have completely forsaken their humanity, their minds withered away as they stalk on all fours like true beasts.

The blessings of the Horned Wolf come in many forms, many of which would be considered nightmarish to onlookers. But to the Duskmane, this is the one true path.
